Bauwerk Concrete Sealer is a wonderful natural sealer for polished concrete and can also be used as a natural cleaner. Concrete Sealer has been used in the Mediterranean for centuries to seal terracotta and other masonry surfaces. Concrete Sealer comes in liquid and paste form, is completely natural and very easy to apply. Made from the hulls of black olives, this liquid soap is one of mankind's oldest pure vegetable soaps.

Uses

Saturates, seals, nurtures and cleans terracotta, tiles concrete floors, parquetry, marble polished plaster water repellant for rendered surfaces natural liquid soap

Application

Method One

1. Apply Concrete Sealer directly on to the surface with a clean cloth as a wax
2. Polish surface with floor polisher or with a cloth (on walls from ground up)
3. Do not overwork

Method Two

1. Thoroughly dilute one part liquid Concrete Sealer with up to 4 parts of warm water
2. Apply with a sponge, clean cloth or a mop then allow the surface to absorb the liquid
3. Leave the surface to dry then repeat 2 – 3 times

Cleaning & Maintenance

Dilute one part liquid Concrete Sealer to 10 parts of warm water. Mop, wipe surface as usual.

Floors & Tiled Surfaces

Thanks to its rich olive oil content, Concrete Sealer cleans, sanitises, nourishes and adds shine to all types of flooring (tiles, terracotta, ceramic, laminate, marble, wooden parquet etc).

Tip: Using concrete sealer means that babies can safely crawl on a clean floor without coming into contact with chemical cleaning products.

Paint Brushes

Guarantees to make your brushes last longer and retain their bristles. Keeps them soft and easy to use.

Kitchen

Surfaces, worktops, cookers etc. Concrete Sealer cuts through grease, cleans and removes fatty deposits from cookers, all types of hobs, extractor fans, ovens, worktops, sinks. Retains the shiny finish on stainless steel saucepans, keeps them looking like new.

A little bit of history — In the 50s and 60s, over 100 tonnes of Concrete Sealer per year was supplied to the French Navy in Toulon to clean the decks of their ships.

More Tips

Add 5 to 10 drops of citrus essential oil with cleansing properties to Concrete Sealer before cleaning your floors.

To perfume your laundry, add a few drops of essential oils (lavender, tea-tree etc) to Concrete Sealer before washing.

In a spray bottle, combine a tablespoon of Concrete Sealer, 1 litre of water and around ten drops of citrus or rosemary essential oil: this 'home-made' household cleaning product is practical to use, environmentally friendly and economical.
